Why work with Diana?
How Brainspotting Works?
Brainspotting is a relational somatic (body-based) therapy. A Brainspotting Therapist does not need you to talk or retell your story. Instead, they observe your natural body reflexes, such as eye positions and sensations, to locate where unprocessed experiences are stuck. With gentle focus, your nervous system can release and heal without retraumatization.

The Three Shifts
What comes after processing often unfolds in three layers:
-
Integration: The body and brain reorganize. What was once overwhelming becomes part of your story without controlling you. The “charge” is gone.
-
Expansion: Energy that was locked in survival mode is now freed up. People often notice more clarity, creativity, and capacity to connect.
-
Embodiment: A deeper sense of safety in the body. Instead of reacting from old wounds, you start living from choice and presence.

"In February, I was struggling with physical health and emotional stress, caught in a heavy cycle. My first session with Diana was a compassionate, beautiful experience that helped realign my mind and body, reminding me that they need to reconnect and recalibrate. Thank you, Diana, for your kindness and gentle approach, and for showing me the power of connection.
